Yolanda Hadid’s former six-bedroom, 11-bath mansion could be yours for a cool $35 million.
On June 28, Robb Report first published the news that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum’s old Malibu home, which was seen on the show, is now once again on the market. According to the outlet, the spacious, oceanside abode, which Yolanda shared with her ex-husband David Foster, was sold in 2015 for $19.5 million. The property was reportedly later leased out to Kylie Jenner.
The Mediterranean-style villa rests on a 3.2-acre bluff top across from the Pacific Coast Highway, looking out to the ocean. The home is described as a place “where Mediterranean charm meets Southern California perfection,” featuring three levels and indoor-outdoor living areas with walls of glass looking out to views of the ocean and Santa Monica mountains.
“For me, the most important thing is when you walk into a home is your view,” Yolanda stated in the above video when she brought BravoTV.com into her beautiful — yet still utterly cozy — home.

The resort-style outdoor space features an infinity-edge pool, an al fresco dining area, a fire pit, and even a lemon orchard on the hillside.
The interior of the home, listed by Daniel Milstein and Aaron Kirman of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate, also features a gorgeous kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast room, a formal dining area, a glamorous living room, and the “famous” fruit and vegetable refrigerator Yolanda designed herself.
“I got out of bed [and] drew it and started building it the next day,” Yolanda shared in the video above. “Everybody who visits my house [says], ‘Oh my god, I want a fridge like that.’ A lot of copies are being made and I’m really proud of that.”
The home also has a movie theater, a game room with a wet bar, and several amenities on the lower level, including a gym, double wine cellar, massage and cold-plunge rooms, and steam and sauna rooms. A four-car garage is attached to the property while a gated area has additional parking space for at least 20 vehicles.
Buyers may also be particularly drawn to the primary suite, which features a fireplace, private balcony, and two incredible walk-in closets with luxury bath suites and plenty of space to show off those designer goods.
