Who were the top 5 in assists for the Vegas Golden Knights in 2023-24?

The Vegas Golden Knights have made a name for themselves as a team that distributes the puck well. Who were the top five players in this category?

Doesn’t it feel good to share with others? It’s nice to give something to another person, whether it’s the last slice of pizza or your seat. The sense of gratitude and humanity leaves a fulfilling feeling in the person, making them more whole. That’s especially true with volunteering, where you’re helping the less fortunate lead a more enriched lifestyle.

Such a giving attitude has also made the Vegas Golden Knights a terrific hockey team. They’ve developed a penchant for finding the open man and passing the puck for the incoming goal. It’s no wonder they’ve made two Stanley Cup Final appearances and won a championship. By sharing a common goal of winning, they help one another by lifting each other. Sharing is caring, as they say.

Although the Golden Knights didn’t win it all in 2023-24, plenty of notable stars specialized in this category. That included Mark Stone, Jack Eichel, and Chandler Stephenson, who ran the offense smoothly and efficiently. Even names like Shea Theodore got in on the action, providing a scoring spark on the team. So who were the most caring, compassionate players for Vegas last season? Here are the top five players in assists from 2023-24.

A three-way tie of Mark Stone, Jack Eichel, and Shea Theodore sits in assists for the Vegas Golden Knights in 2023-24

The funny thing about the assists category last season is there wasn’t a single player who led the Vegas Golden Knights in it. Instead, it was a three-way tie at the top with 37 assists. The three players tied for first place? Jack Eichel, Mark Stone, and Shea Theodore. Theodore had the most power play assists of the three with 13, leading the team as well.

Sitting in fourth place was Chandler Stephenson with 35. Fifth place belonged to William Karlsson, who barely beat out Alex Pietrangelo for the spot with 30 (Pietrangelo had 29 assists last season). The aforementioned stars played vital roles in keeping Vegas a well-rounded threat. In turn, they made another Stanley Cup playoff appearance, establishing themselves as a well-run franchise.

It feels good to share with friends and family. It leaves a good feeling in your heart, making you feel like you deserve all the good karma in the world. That’s why the Golden Knights have been successful since their inaugural season, for they believe that helping one another can lead to greater things. Take note, folks. This is how you win the Stanley Cup. Sharing is caring.
