The Vanderpump Rules cast member has officially moved out of his old apartment, but he is loving his new view at his new home.
Tom Schwartz has officially moved on from his “transitional bachelor pad” and moved into a new home with new horizons.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member moved into his old apartment, as seen in the video above, following his divorce from Katie Maloney. But, the Schwartz & Sandy’s owner has officially moved on into a brand new apartment, which is equipped with an absolutely stunning view.
Tom Schwartz shows off his new apartment
Tom took to his Instagram Story this week, after moving into his new apartment earlier this month, where he showed off one of his home’s nicer amenities — an outdoor area. Tom captured a video of the outdoor space, equipped with a built-in grill, deck, and view of the hills.
It’s the perfect place for Tom to watch the sunset with his girlfriend, Sophia Skoro; hang out with the dogs he shares with Katie, Butter and Gordo; decorate with his house plants; or simply do some self-reflection. And he seems to be loving every inch of the space.
“New views kinda…kinda dreamy,” Tom wrote over the photo.
However, it is unclear what neighborhood Tom is living in now or what the inside of his apartment looks like. But, knowing Tom, those details can’t be too far behind.
Tom Schwartz documents moving out of his Los Angeles apartment
This new glimpse at his new place comes less than a week after Tom revealed that he would be moving out of his longtime bachelor pad. Tom took to his Instagram Story on July 31, where he showed off his multiple cardboard boxes, plastic bins, and Ikea bags, waiting to be filled with his things and brought to his new home.
“Onwards and upwards,” Tom wrote over the video, followed by the prayer hands emojis.
A day later, Tom celebrated his move by drinking a beer and eating a sandwich in his empty apartment. “One of the top ten beers of all time: the ‘I just finished moving beer,'” Tom captioned his Instagram Story documenting this big occasion. “Last meal in the old place here.”
Tom Schwartz says house plants help with “being a new homeowner”
Although transitioning into a new space can be tough, Tom’s love of plants will help with this new move. Tom has been known to gift his fellow VPR cast members a house plant when they move into a new home. “Being a new homeowner, you’re going to be obsessed with plants,” Tom told James Kennedy during VPR Season 11, Episode 2.
And, Tom has plenty of his own to bring to this new place. “I think I have 26 plants now and growing — I’m proud of those,” Tom told BravoTV.com while backstage at the VPR Season 11 reunion. “Everyone is healthy [and] happy.”
During an episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Tom explained how having some greenery in his Los Angeles apartment helped him settle in. “Having plants in there, somehow, made it more like a home,” he said.
