They get paid to hang out in a house on Long Island for the summer. Sure, there’s going to be a little drama (it’s Bravo, after all), but there’s a lot to be envious of when it comes to how much the Summer House cast makes per season and episode.
Summer House premiered in January 2017, with Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Kyle Cooke, Lauren Wirkus, Ashley Wirkus, Everett Weston, Cristina Gibson, Jaclyn Shuman, and Stephen McGee. The show follows the cast as they share, fight, drink, and party in a Montauk house over the summer. Season eight introduced a couple of new members in West Wilson and Jesse Solomon, with their salaries differing from the veterans who’ve been there since the beginning. Only Carl, Lindsay and Kyle remain from the original group.
During the season eight reunion that aired on June 13, 2024, exes Carl and Lindsay got into an argument about their finances. Host Andy Cohen had to “break the fourth wall” to remind them that they get paid for being on the show in addition to their respective businesses. “You also, by the way, were making, I assume, the same amount appearing on this show,” he said.
“Yes. We’re making the same amount of money on the show that we’re on,” Lindsay said. “But what happens when the show goes away? It’s one thing to say, ‘I want to get married,’ but the wedding is going to be really expensive. It’s another thing to say, ‘I want to have a family.’ Kids cost a lot of money.”
Here’s how much the Summer House cast makes per episode and season.
Lindsay Hubbard
Lindsay Hubbard is one of the OG Summer House cast members. She has a net worth of $1.1 million, and while her salary for Summer House isn’t publicly known for sure, The Richest reported that each cast member earns somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000 per episode. Because she’s an OG, Lindsay is likely bringing in a figure at the higher end of that spectrum, meaning she could be earning more than $300,000 a year for a 17-episode season.
Carl Radke
Another OG cast member, Carl Radke makes the same as his ex-partner Lindsay Hubbard, which puts his estimated salary at around $20,000 per episode and $300,000 per year from Bravo. In addition to that, he makes bank from Loverboy as the Vice President of Sales, and from social media activity.
During a confessional in season eight, Carl revealed that Lindsay had made an additional $150,000 compared to his $70,000 for “paid posts” while Summer House was filmed in 2023. He said [doesn’t] make as much” as Lindsay, because the way he sees it, “I’m not a woman [and] I don’t have as many followers.”
Kyle Cook
Kyle Cook was also an original member of Summer House, putting his salary at around the $20,000 mark per season, and between $170,000 and $340,000 for the year. During an appearance on the Trading Secrets podcast, Kyle revealed that Bravo has a step scale based on how many years a star has been on so he, Lindsay, and Carl make the same amount. When a new cast member joins, they get paid the same amount Kyle and the rest of the OGs did their first year, and it grows the longer they’re on the show.
Kyle said that cast salaries get a substantial boost after three seasons. “You can cross the six-figure threshold—it all depends on the number of episodes per season because we get episodic fees,” he said.
Danielle Olivera
Danielle Olivera might not be an OG cast member, but she’s not far off, having joined Summer House for its second season in 2018. That would likely put her episodic salary around $15,000—in line with Paige’s.
Paige De Sorbo
As a newer addition to the Summer House cast, Paige joined in 2019. With Kyle’s intel that a cast member’s pay goes up significantly after three seasons, we can estimate Paige’s episodic salary is around $15,000, making her yearly income from the show more than $200,000 for a 17-episode season.
Ciara Miller
Ciara Miller joined Summer House in season five in 2021, so season eight would be her third season. If Kyle’s negotiations are accurate, her salary would get a boost in the upcoming, but yet-to-be-confirmed season nine, bumping it up to around $15,000 per episode.
Amanda Batula
Amanda Batula has been on the Summer House cast since season two, which aired in 2018. Her salary is likely similar to Paige’s—we guess around $15,000 per episode.
Gabby Prescod
Gabby Prescod joined Summer House in season seven and returned for the show’s eighth season. That puts her salary likely somewhere in the $10k-$11k mark per episode.
West Wilson
West Wilson is a newcomer to Summer House, making his debut in season eight, so his salary would be on the lower end of the scale. We guess he makes around $10,000 per episode, so around $170,000 a year. Whether he’ll be back for the show’s ninth season is yet to be confirmed. Outside of the show, he has a career in sports journalism as a social and editorial producer at Complex.
Jesse Solomon
Jesse Solomon is a newcomer to season eight of Summer House, so his salary would be similar to West’s: around $10,000 per episode and $170,000 a year.
