Jenn Tran Is Making Her Mark
With the kick-off of The Bachelorette Season 21, some people think it is doomed from the get-go. Many fans were upset by Jenn Tran receiving the spot over some of the other ladies from the last Bachelor with Joey Graziadei. But Jenn has a lot going for her as she enters her love-finding journey and she isn’t letting a little doubt stand in her way. Markedly, she is the first Asian American Bachelorette, which is a beautiful thing just on its own. Likewise, some of the Bachelor Nation is rooting for one of the lucky guys to win her over during the next few weeks of wining and dining.
Now she has met the men who will be vying for her heart and unfortunately has already said “goodbye” to a few. But one man caught her attention and gleaned a “First Impression” rose out of it. But after Jenn lays on the steamy first kiss, it has critics putting her on blast.
Why Did Fans Slam Jenn Tran’s First Kiss?
Although many of the previous Bachelors and Bachelorettes have seemingly gone on kissing sprees, Jenn Tran was more conservative with her smooches. Having reached the end of the first episode of talking with the new men, she hadn’t locked lips with any of them…until she selected her recipient for the “First Impression” rose. A few people recognized her restraint and sent messages via X.

‘Feral’ First Kiss
But in the final stretch, Jenn Tran makes up for the reserved affection by landing a sensual kiss with Sam M. After bypassing all the other nervous suitors, Jenn takes Sam M. aside and offers him the prized first rose and assertively makes a move on him. Leaning into each other on the couch, the two turn the opportunity into a full-blown makeout session. Furthermore, Jenn said the kiss was admittedly, “feral” but she felt like she was on cloud nine.
Of course, Bachelor Nation couldn’t resist the opportunity to draw it out even more by showing the not-so-patiently waiting gentlemen and Jesse Palmer lined up for the rose ceremony.

Unmistakably, The Bachelorette viewers caught on to the extended display of Jenn Tran’s affection.

- Another points out the excessive nature of the kiss. “The men waiting at the rose ceremony while Jenn and Sam are fornicating on the couch #TheBachelorette.”
