The Houston Texans are starting their 2024 training camp earlier than almost every team, other than the Chicago Bears because they will play before every other team. The two teams will play one another the week before preseason Week 1 in the Hall of Fame game.
With training camp kicking off, the Texans are expected to hit the ground running, and attack camp as they prepare to top what was a magical 2023 season with a playoff win. They are now Super Bowl contenders and will need all hands on deck.
And, for the most part, they will get all hands on deck. Well, a few players are set to start training camp on the PUP list, or the physically unable to perform list.
According to Aaron Wilson of KCPR 2, fullback Andrew Beck, cornerback D’Angelo Ross, and linebacker Del’Shawn Phillips are all hitting the PUP list. However, Wilson is also reporting that those four are not expected to stay on the list for a very long time.
Nonetheless, the Texans are going to keep moving and work on getting better every single day.
