You won’t find Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke rocking any cat sweaters on dates anytime soon. The fashionista is too busy working hard to worry about her dating life. The shift in focus came about when Sutton’s ex-husband moved overseas to London for work. Keeping her business front and center helped with the transition as her son went overseas for school as well. Sutton spilled the tea on becoming more independent after her ex left, and why her business is getting all the love.
Sutton’s number one man in her life is her business
Sutton has come into her own ahead of RHOBH’s Season 14 debut. She’s found her voice and is pursuing her dreams. Sutton not only owns a store but she’s also started a sustainable fashion line. Paris Fashion Week, here she comes!
She told People about the many changes in her life which brought about a more independent lifestyle. Sutton said, “My ex-husband moved to London and it’s harder than anticipated.” And that hardship also included her son being in London for school. We all knew this was coming because Sutton had a near meltdown about the move to an unsympathetic Kyle Richards during Season 13.
But now she’s got her business to take care of. While she still likes to “talk about men a lot,” she’s keeping busy with her work instead of going on dates. Sutton said, “I don’t have a lot of time for it. I’m really dating my business and enjoying it and I get frustrated a lot because the learning curve is quite steep, but also while maintaining a balance of home life and also friendships.”
And if Sutton needs any business advice she can always turn to her fellow Real Housewives. She said, “I think that it’s always great to be with a group of smart women and businesswomen. I’ve learned a lot from these women for the last five years and I’ve kind of come into my own.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock.
