Stassi Schroeder is joining forces with Lisa Vanderpump for her reality television comeback. The two previously worked together on Vanderpump Rules for eight seasons before Stassi was fired in 2020. Yet, LVP always had a fondness for her former co-star and SUR employee. So, what will they be doing together? Keep reading for all of the details.
Stassi Schroeder Joins Forces With Lisa Vanderpump For Reality Comeback
For eight seasons, Stassi Schroeder and Lisa Vanderpump had an up-and-down relationship on Vanderpump Rules. Stassi was a SUR waitress until she left to be with her boyfriend, Patrick in New York City. Things got messy when she said she never wanted to see the cast again. More so, LVP paid $900 to keep a sex tape that an ex-boyfriend of Stassi’s had threatened to go public with. She felt Stassi was ungrateful but over time, she saw how she was evolving and growing. By Season 8, they were close again, and LVP threw an engagement brunch for Stassi and Beau Clark.
Unfortunately, Stassi and fellow OG, Kristen Doute were fired from the series in 2020 but she eventually did reconnect with LVP. Stassi’s daughter, Hartford attended Lisa’s grandson, Teddy’s birthday parties. Plus, Lisa sang Stassi’s praises in early 2024:
“I love Stassi and I thought she was great television but, you know, unfortunately there was no coming back for her. If it was up to me, I would’ve said — I’m always about giving everybody a second chance, always.”
Now, the two have reunited for Season 2 of Lisa Vanderpump’s Vanderpump Villa which airs on Hulu. The announcement was teased on Instagram early Friday, August 9th.

This is big news for Stassi Schroeder fans but according to TMZ, she was originally just supposed to be a guest star. Per an insider, it was just going to be a Vanderpump Villa stint. However, something changed and she is now a main cast member which is a thrill for those who have missed her on reality television. Rumors started flying about her coming back after she stopped by Something About Her and bumped into Andy Cohen. Looks like she made an impression just on a different network.
