Shannon Beador is teasing a cast split for Season 18 of Real Housewives of Orange County. It seems that it was a necessary decision for a harmonious cast trip. But if Real Housewives of New Jersey is any indicator, there may be further issues if cast members get picky about who they film with.
Naturally, one could expect conflict between Shannon and John Janssen’s new girlfriend, Alexis Bellino. While there is no indication that Shannon refused to film with her ex’s new lady, she did reveal one of the Season 18 cast trips was divided between two locations.
Shannon wasn’t “super excited” to travel with all of her cast mates
On July 5, Shannon joined her friend on his SiriusXM radio show Jeff Lewis Live to discuss the upcoming season of RHOC.
“One cast trip was split, half the people went to Big Bear, half went to Palm Springs. Because as one can imagine there’s certain people on the cast that I wasn’t super excited about filming with or traveling with,” she revealed.
One group, including Shannon, went to Palm Springs, while the rest were in Big Bear. Tamra Judge and Alexis were in the latter group with Jennifer Pedranti and RHOC new addition, Katie Ginella. Meanwhile, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Heather Dubrow were in Shannon’s group in Palm Springs.
What could go wrong?
Jeff Lewis then asked which of the current cast Shannon is still friends with after filming Season 18. Alexis is understandably excluded from consideration given that she is dating John.
“Some people. I don’t think I should [say who], because there’s stuff that happens, especially in the first episode, that’s really nice. Let’s just put it this way, I am friendly with some of the cast. And some I don’t speak to at all,” Shannon vaguely replied.
