The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend is showing how she enjoys her gorgeous property in the warm weather.
Cynthia Bailey is officially embracing summer at her home, known as Lake Bailey, where the sun is always shining and life is always simple. Well, that’s the way it seems, anyway.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend has been living in her lake house for quite a few years now, and seems to be loving it more and more every day. Not only does it bring her closer to nature, but it also serves as a stunning and serene backdrop for her gorgeous outfit photos.
Cynthia took to her Instagram feed on Thursday, July 11, where she posted multiple photos taken on her back deck at Lake Bailey. In the photos, Cynthia can be seen wearing a pink and yellow floral patterned dress while getting in some major relaxation time.
Cynthia also showed off the views inside and outside of the home, snapping a picture of the flock of geese hanging out by the lake and a deer walking across the driveway. Inside of her house, Cynthia showed off her collection of coffee table books and magazines, in addition to her marble checkers set. Talk about it being the perfect place to wind down.
“CYNT IN THE SUMMER!,” she wrote in the caption of the post, adding the hashtags “the simple life” and “lake life.”

It’s fitting that Cynthia spends so much time outside at her home, because it is one of her favorite parts of the property. In the video tour of Lake Bailey above, Cynthia noted that the proximity to nature is what sold her on the house.
“This is my favorite, favorite, favorite area here,” Cynthia said, referring to the dock on the edge of the lake. “This is why I bought the house. This is for me. I do yoga here, I have a glass of wine down here on my dock. This is my happy. This is my peace. This is where I go to just think and clear my head. I love being close to water. It just calms me down, makes me happy.”
And on the inside of her home, Cynthia keeps things “pretty simple.”
“You know, Lake House living,” she said. “Chic and sweet.”
