Ryan Serhant is always in work mode — even when he was in the middle of a live taping of Watch What Happens Live.
The Owning Manhattan star stopped by the Bravo Clubhouse on Thursday night (July 18), where he surprised host Andy Cohen with a listing agreement and a Serhant brochure.
The two men have been talking about selling Cohen’s New York City digs since the last time Serhant appeared on WWHL — and it looks like they’re finally getting the ball rolling.
“Guess who’s selling my New York City apartment — my dream apartment. Ryan Serhant is selling my apartment,” Cohen said. “Our next poll is about that. Ryan’s gonna be listing it, when? This fall, I think?”
Before they continued to the next live poll, Serhant pulled out a tote bag filled with goodies for Cohen to read over.
“Actually, I thought you might bring that up so I brought you — as a broker — this is a listing agreement. This is a brochure,” he said, noting that he’ll need Cohen’s signature because his place is “over $10 [million].”
Cohen was stunned by Serhant’s hustle, telling him, “OK. Wow. Are you like jacking up your commission for me?” to which the real estate mogul joked, “Don’t read it.”
The final two polls in the segment pertained to their new partnership, with the first asking viewers if they think Serhant will get the asking price he promised Cohen. Fortunately for Serhant, a whopping 82% of voters had full faith in his abilities.
“Even more important question, because I like you so much. We’ve known each other for like 18 years,” Cohen said. “Our final poll is will Ryan and I be friends after the sale?”
Viewers were also confident that they would remain pals, with 95% voting yes.
Here’s hoping that Owning Manhattan gets a second season and that Cohen will be on it!
