Days after a blogger came forward, claiming Teresa Giudice‘s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr. had come across an article in which John Fuda was accused of a home invasion, and that she was planning to expose him during a cast trip and also at the since-canceled reunion, new details about the past arrest are being revealed.
Just after another blogger, who was deemed a “Tre-hugger,” posted a snippet of the 2008 article, allegedly at the request of Teresa, 52, John, 37, whose wife, Rachel Fuda, 33, has insisted he was only accused of a minor drug arrest as a teen, is under fire for allegedly lying to viewers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
In a newspaper article from The Herald-News shared by Bravo vs Everybody on Instagram, it was noted that John, under the name Jonathan Datria and when he was 20 years old, was arrested and faced charges of robbery, theft, and unlawful possession of a gun and drugs in November 2008.
According to police, two cars filled with seven people arrived at a home on Portland Avenue, where two 24-year-olds and three female guests were inside, at around 11 p.m. on a Monday. And as three people remained outside, keeping watch, the others kicked down the door and rushed in with guns.
“The suspects allegedly ordered all five victims to get down on the kitchen floor, where they were bound with duct tape,” the article stated. “The suspects then demanded one of the male residents to tell them the location of a stash of drugs and money. When the victim did not cooperate, the suspects pistol-whipped and kicked him as he lay on the floor.”
The group was then accused of ransacking the apartment, robbing those inside of their phones and jewelry, as well as $400.
