Finally, there’s a resolution in Jennifer Pedranti’s divorce battle. The Real Housewives of Orange County star shares four kids with her ex, so the whole process has been grueling.
Jennifer had some pretty big demands, and although they weren’t all met, she’s making out with a nice little settlement.
The details of Jennifer’s settlement
Although Jennifer has only been on RHOC for two seasons, it feels like we’ve been talking about this divorce for a decade. She asked for full custody of the kids and $20K in spousal support, and the whole thing has been dragging on. However, the saga has finally come to a close and In Touch has all of the details.
Jennifer isn’t quite getting the $20K that she asked for, and she also isn’t getting the full custody. Instead, she’s been ordered to share joint custody with her ex.
Regarding the specifics of the child support, the courts settled on $4,674. It’s not quite the four-figure sum she was hoping for, but it’s a solid $1K per kid. That amount is, however, contingent upon her RHOC job. If she starts making the big bucks like some of her costars, the amount of child support could be reduced.
Rounding out the settlement is Jennifer’s spousal support. William got business assets, money from the sale of their home, and a couple of cars. To balance things out, he ended u paying her a lump sum of $267,811. William also has to pay Jennifer a monthly check of $1,735. That will stop if she ends up marrying Ryan Boyajian, but that’s just a small price to pay for love.
Another important detail to note in this agreement is that neither of them drag each other when the kids are around. The two of them need to be all smiles in front of their children, but otherwise, this chapter is closed.
