Heather Dubrow is a big fan of her Real Housewives of Orange County costar Alexis Bellino. However, Alexis’ return on Season 18’s premiere rocked several internet-docked boats. Yet, Heather knows that good things can still come to those who wait (to form an opinion). Now, Heather wants everyone to do just that, noting that Alexis deserves a second chance because she has grown as a human since we saw her last.

Give a little bit, give a little bit of your love to Alexis

On her Let’s Talk With Heather Dubrow podcast, Heather shared that Alexis is “having a tough go on socials.” People do not like that she is now dating John Janssen, the ex of Shannon Beador. They also feel like Alexis is purposely trying to ruffle Shannon’s feathers, so they’re calling her out on this left and right online. As Heather spoke, her co-host of the week, celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg, periodically weighed in.

While Heather and Alexis were not tight in their earlier seasons, they recently “became friends” because their “kids were in a theater thing together.” They “also both have kids in the Queer community,” Heather added, showing that her world is way more in line with Alexis’ these days.

“What has impressed me about her [Alexis] is how she has grown as a human, and when you realize how sort of dependent she was on her husband at that time, and how very religious [they were], for her to evolve into the person she is, it’s amazing” Heather explained.

Even still, Alexis and Shannon remain at odds because having a man in common sucks. Alexis loves her some Johnny J, and Shannon wants to hear nothing about this.

Heather feels that “in different circumstances, things would be different … But I hope everyone gives both of them a chance …They’re both good girls,” she diplomatically ended, like a pro.

Luckily for all of us, these two “good girls” have a lot of time to show us who they are. After all, we are only two episodes in on RHOC Season 18.
