As the outlet explained, the balance stemmed from a 2022 debt and was the latest of several that Kyle and Maurcio have been faced with in recent years, which have included a $13,707.47 state tax lien that was paid off in 2022.
Kyle and Mauricio purchased the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in 2017 for $8.2 million, and in May of this year, Mauricio left the property and moved into a luxury condo in West Hollywood.
Mauricio has also faced tax issues on the business front, with UMRO Realty Corp, better known as The Agency, being hit with liens for the amounts of $16,777.97, $3,454.41, $2,120.67, and $269.47 in 2022. One year later, three more liens were dealt to Mauricio’s company in the amounts of $4,673.64, $3,878.19, and $290.15.
Kyle and Mauricio, who did not sign a prenuptial agreement before they wed, currently owe $31,464.50 in unpaid taxes for 2022 and 2023.
Amid the legal and marital drama, and days after a report claimed Kyle was getting sick and tired of Mauricio publicly flaunting his women, Kyle stepped out with two of her and Mauricio’s daughters, Alexia Umansky, 28, and Portia Umansky, 16, at a farmer’s market in Los Angeles over the weekend.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail, Kyle can be seen wearing a white tank top and jeans, which she paired with a hat that said, “My other hat is a Stetson,” and a printed purse.
Meanwhile, Portia was sporting a lavender two-piece, and Alexia, who was joined by boyfriend Jake Zingerman, was sporting a navy T-shirt with a smiley face, which she paired with a red Los Angeles hat and jeans.
Kyle and Mauricio also share 24-year-old Sophia Umansky.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
