RHOA star Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann Sued for Alleged Car Accident

Don’t Be Tardy alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are dealing with one of the messiest divorces in Real Housewives history. The couple met while Kim was still filming Real Housewives of Atlanta. They tied the knot and share four kids. Plus, Kroy adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann.

Somewhere along the way, this happy chaos turned to acrimonious chaos. Kim and Kroy filed for divorce but called it off in an attempt to reconcile. In the end, Kroy filed again. But now Brielle is experiencing something that her parents are very familiar with – a lawsuit.

Brielle Biermann is being sued for her alleged involvement in a car accident

Brielle has been dealing with some financial adversity of her own. Her Range Rover was repossessed in March. However before that, in February 2024, Brielle announced that she is engaged to Billy Seidl. Billy is a minor-league baseball pitcher. Hopefully, this marriage turns out much better than her parents’ dumpster fire of shame.

Now Brielle is facing a new legal battle. In Touch reported that Brielle was slapped with a lawsuit by Phillip Gibson. According to the legal documents, Phillip alleged that on July 5, Brielle’s car cut over in front of him so that she could turn. “In order to avoid crashing into the defendant’s vehicle I had to run onto the roundabout center median, which caused significant damage to my left rear wheel and tire,” the court documents stated. He is requesting $750 in damages.

Sources close to Brielle state that she wasn’t involved in this auto accident. In fact, the insiders claim that Brielle hasn’t touched the soil in Georgia since July 3, which is two days before the alleged accident.

Meanwhile, Kroy and Kim finally have a divorce trial date to look forward to. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia has scheduled the trial for November 5 and November 6, 2024. The former couple have been urged by the judge to attempt to solve their mountain of issues by mediation before the trial date. I think we all are exhausted by this spectacle.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy are streaming on Peacock.
