VANDERPUMP Rules’ Rachel Leviss opened up about her new relationship on her podcast.
The 29-year-old reality television star confirmed she was dating single dad Matthew Dunn after he shared photos of the couple on his Instagram profile.
Rachel opened up on Wednesday’s episode of Rachel Goes Rogue about seeing her co-stars recently.
Her ex, Tom Sandoval, was at the Stagecoach Festival at the same time.
“I did not know that he was interested in country music,” she explained.
“I guess it’s because James [Kennedy] was DJing at Stagecoach, he was opening up for Diplo, but I chose to opt out of that.”
Rachel then turned the conversation back to her love life with the news that she was getting to know Matthew.
“We are friends, getting to know each other,” she continued.
Earlier this week, Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Rachel and Matthew were getting to know each other after meeting through mutual friends.
There is no official label on the situationship, but Rachel’s publicist said they do not want any pressure applied.
Matthew shared photos of the pair together, but quickly turned his profile to private after he gained huge amounts of attention from his posts.
“A year ago from today, I did not know how I was going to survive… I felt everything I had been doing to that point I had been a rule follower and perceived as a good person… I felt like I was completely defeated,” Rachel described when asked about her personal life.

Bur Rachel said she had matured both in herself and in her relationships and has been growing.
“I wasn’t a very mature person, I was very naive… I had to go through this hardship to figure out myself because the part of me that put myself first and was rebellious was suppressed.”
“It’s this balancing act,” Rachel continued.
“And now I’m coming back to a place that’s more in alignment with what I know my values to be… Even just looking back to a year from today is a world of difference.”
MESSY HISTORY
Rachel previously had a public affair with Tom on Vanderpump Rules.
The former Bravo star sought treatment at a mental health facility after receiving intense backlash over her months-long affair with Tom who was dating Ariana Madix, 38, at the time.
Rachel recently read out a journal entry from her time in the facility which described her interactions with Tom.
During the episode, the ex-reality star read a journal entry from her three-month stay at The Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona, which she voluntarily checked into for treatment.
In it, Rachel claimed that Tom “manipulated” her and had her under his “love spell,” making it hard for her to break away.
She also said that the Schwartz and Sandy’s co-owner tried to distance her from her family by insisting that her mother was “gaslighting” her.
“My mom has ulterior motives, he says. He tries to talk me out of treatment. ‘They’re going to brainwash you. There isn’t such a thing called love addiction,'” Rachel read.
“‘This place is a last-ditch effort. Extending is a bad idea. You are becoming dependent on this place.’ He calls me selfish for staying.”
“I shared with him that I was having really dark thoughts, and I told him I was extending two more weeks. And he said that that was a bad idea,” she alleged.
“And I said, ‘I’m scared if I come out of what might happen if I’m having these dark thoughts.’ He said, ‘That’s still a bad idea. I’ve been having to rough it out here alone.'”
