The Pittsburgh Penguins drafted Chase Yoder in the sixth round (170th overall) at the 2020 Entry Draft and have yet to sign him to a contract.
The young center’s rights will expire on Aug. 15, 2024, giving the organization less than a month to sign the 22-year-old.
Since being drafted, Yoder has skated at Providence College, serving as captain his senior year in 2023-24.
