Paige DeSorbo is living large in her new, spacious apartment in Manhattan after moving into it in April — and she already has a brand new roommate in the NYC home. In fact, Paige has a special, chic spot for her new companion, who, no, isn’t her boyfriend, Southern Charm‘s Craig Conover. Instead, Paige is officially a cat mom to a kitten named Daphne, who she now shares her special home with.

Paige took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, July 24, showing off her cat’s new bed as well as another peek at her Manhattan abode. In the photo, the round, cream bed sits on the edge of her pink and blue patterned rug. Daphne’s name is embroidered on the bed in a dusty pink color to perfectly tie in the rug.
Paige let the photo speak for itself, choosing not to caption the snapshot. But, it perfectly falls in line with the French aesthetic that she’s going for. The Summer House cast member divulged on her new digs in a recent conversation with The Daily Dish. “My vibe is very French girl,” she said. “I have bangs now, so I’m like, ‘Let me just be a French girl in her apartment.’ That’s my new decor. Love a velvet couch, I’m thinking.”

Paige revealed on Instagram on July 19 that she adopted a cat named Daphne. In the photos, Paige can be seen cuddling up to her new little, fluffy white addition to her family. “This is a cat podcast,” Paige captioned the series of photos.
During a July 16 episode of her podcast, Giggly Squad, Paige opened up about her new addition, noting that her co-host and Summer House alum, Hannah Berner, had been suggesting that she get a cat for six years. After getting connected to the cat’s owner, Paige rescued Daphne that day. “She’s the smartest cat I’ve ever met in my life,” Paige said. “I’m so beyond obsessed with her.”
Paige previously expressed her hesitancy to adopt a pet. During an August 2023 Amazon Live stream, Paige said that she “would love to get an animal” but was apprehensive about doing so.
“Let me tell you something: I watched my friend’s cat for three days and I almost threw him off the balcony,” Paige said. “I couldn’t take it. He woke me up every morning at 4 a.m. as if he was on stock market time. I don’t know what he was getting up for.”
But, she didn’t rule it out completely. “Maybe one day. One day,” she added. “And it probably would be at Craig’s house because he has a backyard.”
While Paige and Craig have not yet moved in together and she got a pet before the big merger, she does seem so happy with her new addition.
