Paige DeSorbo is moving out of her apartment in New York City
“OK, so I’m moving next week,” Paige began in an April 18 Instagram Story video inside her closet, noting how she hired the professional organizing company Imagine it Done to help “edit” her things.
Paige also noted she didn’t just get rid of her clothes, but gave them to the Fashion Foundation, a nonprofit that recycles fashion and gives to people in need.
“Look at all the bags I got rid of!” Paige also said in the video, showing how many large bags she collected of no-longer-needed items.
In another snap, she reflected on her time in the gorgeous apartment, writing, “I’m actually so sad to leave here.”
Craig Conover reacts to Paige DeSorbo moving out of her $8,500-per-month apartment
On Summer House Season 8, Episode 5, Paige shared more details about her decision to move when she had her beau, Southern Charm‘s Craig Conover, visiting.
“We need a two-bedroom,” she told Craig before calling her realtor. “I need a room big enough to have a king-size bed.” Craig agreed, saying, “I think that should be important.”
In a confessional interview, Paige further explained what went into her decision-making process. “I love my apartment, but I feel like something’s missing,” she said. “I want to involve Craig in this because I do value his opinion, and, like, I do kind of like him. So I do want him to be excited [about] where we are living when he is here. Even though it’s my apartment, and what I say goes, and he’ll get what he gets in terms of a closet.”
On the call with her realtor, Paige noted she was currently paying “[$8,500 per month].”
“My boyfriend is shaking his head because he lives in Charleston, and he just doesn’t understand what we’re doing up here,” she joked.
Though Craig called the rental price “so crazy,” Paige shared she was willing to go up to nine [thousand],” but nothing higher.
We’ll be on the lookout to see where she ends up!
