Nene Leaks revealed Kenya Moore’s exit from the Bravo show didn’t come as a surprise to her

Nene Leakes recently opened up about Kenya Moore’s controversial departure from RHOA.

During an exclusive interview with E! News on Friday, July 12, the 56-year-old Bravo alum revealed that Moore’s exit didn’t come off as a surprise to her following an alleged explicit photo scandal.

She told the outlet, “I don’t know if I was surprised. I know that, over the years, Kenya has always pushed the envelope a little bit.”

Leakes, who joined the Bravo show as an original cast member when Real Housewives of Atlanta first premiered in 2008, added, “Listen, those girls do a lot of things. I don’t think I’m surprised at all.”

In addition, the Outrageous Love with NeNe Leakes star explained that although the beauty queen and the Apprentice alum have been previously on the outs, Nene claimed that she has been on good terms with current RHOA stars for a while, including Drew Sidora, Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Sheree Whitfield, and Marlo Hampton.

She explained, “We’re not talking every day but when we see each other, there’s no beef. There’s no hard feelings. Actually we laugh about it.”

For the unversed, Leakes exited the show ahead of the 13th season in 2020. Meanwhile, Moore joined during RHOA’s fifth season in 2012.
