A LOVE Island duo has been axed in a brutal dumping ceremony just days before the show final.
The Sun can exclusively reveal how the pair, who were coupled up on Friday, will miss the chance to bid for the huge cash prize on the ITV2 series.
We can tell how their eviction comes following a hard-hitting Grafties Awards ceremony, which has yet to be aired.
They have now already packed up their bags and left the Mallorca compound.
The Sun has gone to Love Island for comment.
Love Island viewers have been voting for a selection of Islanders in the annual Grafties contest, with categories including Unfinished Business, It’s Giving One Sided and Epic Fail.
They were tasked with choosing one out of a choice of three Islanders for each gong.
Yet fans are already lining up their calls to broadcasting watchdog Ofcom for “borderline bullying.”
They claim this is because Mimii Ngulube, 24, is nominated for a host of categories with a series of clips show of her conduct, including when she sneaked onto the terrace for a secret chat with Ayo Odukoya, also 24.
While her former partner Ayo – with whom she has been in a love triangle – appears to have got off scott-free in the nominations process.
One promptly raged on X: “Where are all these clips of Ayo for the Grafties nominations you guys clearly have an agenda with Mimi because up until now you’ve barley shown the girl!
“Let’s not play this game! @ofcom.”
Angry Love Island fans slam Mimii and brand her a ‘liar’ as Josh confronts her about Ayo situation
Another added: “It’s not right that @LoveIsland hasn’t included any of Ayo or Sean’s clips.
“This is borderline bullying @Ofcom.”
This then led them to brand the east Londoner the “real villain” of the series.
Other categories include Dramatic Performance, with Nicole, Ciaran and Jessy nominated.
For the Ultimate Pot Stirrer, Joey, Reuben and Sean are in the mix while the Flirtiest Performance sees blonde bombshell Grace locking horns with Joey and Sean for the title.
A message posted to Love Island’s Instagram page read: “Head to Stories now to choose your winners across these six Grafties categories!
“The ceremony will take place later in the week.”
Meanwhile, the final date for the current Love Island instalment was recently revealed by ITV2.
The series, which kicked off on June 3, will wrap on Monday, July 29.
One lucky couple will be crowned the winners of the 11th series and take home the £50,000 cash prize.
