The drama on The Bachelorette took another turn when a man from her past showed up to beg Jenn Tran for a second chance. She revealed in a new interview her first reaction to his surprise appearance. Keep reading to find out more.
Jenn Tran Addresses Kissing Multiple Men
Longtime Bachelor Nation fans were surprised when Jenn Tran only kissed one of her suitors on the first night. But she’s more than made up for it in the last few episodes. Things got hot and heavy during one group date when the men performed strip teases with some coaching by the cast of the Thunder Down Under revue.
She spoke to Extra earlier this week and confessed that she told her mom not to watch that episode. But in her opinion, kissing on national television isn’t as awkward as viewers seem to think.
“All I’m gonna say is you are more unaware of the cameras when your eyes are closed and you’re kissing somebody than when your eyes are open. If anything, it was easier to kiss them!”
Her Initial Reaction To Ex Crashing Bachelorette
Elsewhere in the interview, Jenn Tran opened up about her first reaction to an ex-boyfriend crashing the Bachelorette for a second chance. Cameras captured the moment Matt Rossi showed up in Auckland, New Zealand to ask to join the show.
Jenn Tran told Extra that she was “very, very shocked” to see her ex. Her first thought was that he traveled overseas to offer her advice on her journey on the dating show.
“We are in New Zealand. How the f**k is he here? I was very confused, like, ‘Did he walk here? Did he get a boat? Did he fly? Why did he do this?’ Honestly at first, I thought he was just there to give me some advice.”
Matt Rossi flew all the way to New Zealand for more than just sharing words of wisdom with his ex. But the Bachelorette played coy about whether she let him join her journey or not. “You’ll just have to watch and see.”
Rates Season Ending 10/10, Would Recommend
Jenn Tran will definitely be watching. She said she was excited to see everything play out on television. “I want to see what these men are saying. I want to see what I’m saying. I want to see how I look, what outfits I like, I don’t like.”
The reality star also stayed mum about the outcome of her season. The preview for next week’s episode shows her breaking down over the possibility of being alone. However, she did tell Extra that she’s happy with how her season ended.
“I don’t have regrets, so I think it ended the way that it needed to end. So, yeah, 10/10, would recommend.”
