LOVE Island fans turned on Mimii Ngulube last night after her dramatic U-turn with Ayo Odukoya.

The on/off lovers sneaked off for a secret meeting on the terrace last night after a steamy kiss in the latest twist to their relationship.

For weeks now, viewers have been warning Mimii off Ayo, insisting he is no good for her.

Their concerns began when Ayo showed interest in Uma Jammeh earlier in the series and were cemented when he coolly ditched Mimii in Casa Amor for Jessica Spencer.

Last night the Islanders played a game of Snog, Marry, Pie – and some of their choices raise a few eye brows.

Mimii, who is currently partnered with bombshell Josh Oyinsan, decided to smooch Ayo as part of the challenge, explaining: “I chose to snog this boy because we had a good connection whilst it lasted and it just made the most sense for this game for me I think.”

The kiss didn’t sit right with Josh and he pulled her for a chat.

He told her: “My thing is that where you have history with Ayo, like a deeper history, and you know how I felt about that coming in, yeah, it just felt like, if you considered me a bit more you might have reconsidered that decision.”

Mimii confessed: “The feelings are still there.”

Later on in the evening the mental health nurse asked Joey Essex if he could tell Ayo to go to the terrace.

She said: “When you next see Ayo, can you tell him to meet me on the terrace.

“I just wanna talk to him away from everyone…”

Viewers were left pulling their out with one commenting on X: “Ayo gave Mimii a bit of attention after Casa and she’s lost her head, it’s so painful to watch pls.”

Another said: “Mimii I’m trying to support you but you’re making it very hard for me.”

A third posted: “No one is sabotaging her at this point, Mimii is going to end up doing it to herself if she carries on this Ayo delusion…”

Meanwhile, Josh kissed another girl in front of Mimii’s face.

Mimii said: “I knew it.”

He confessed: “I decided to snog this girl because she’s attractive.

“Ever since I’ve come in here she’s given me a lot of attention and I feel like we had a good connection.

“Erm and if I wasn’t with Mimii I’d probably be a bit more open to getting to know her.”

Grace replied: “Thanks, Josh.”
