Insane Feat Highlights Boston Celtics’ Scary Dominance This 2023-24 Season

Ever since Jayson Tatum joined the franchise in 2017 as their top rookie, the Boston Celtics have consistently emerged as contenders in the Eastern Conference. This 2023-24 season, though, the team has taken their game to another level by showcasing a masterclass on dominance all year long.

Last season, the Boston Celtics finished with the second seed in the East with a record of 57 wins and 25 losses. Boasting a roster of Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Malcolm Brogdon, Derrick White, and Al Horford, the team was able to go far in the postseason. Unfortunately, their return to the NBA Finals was thwarted by the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.

During the offseason, the Celtics’ front office made a big splash by acquiring Kristaps Porzingis from the Washington Wizards. Along with the big man, Boston also made a swing for Jrue Holiday after he was traded by the Milwaukee Bucks for Damian Lillard.

The addition of these two pieces gave Boston an improved performance under the post and a capable floor general who can run the offense with ease. Add the All-Star duo of Tatum and Brown on the wing, two players who can create their own shot and pressure opposing defenses, and the Celtics have assembled a championship-worthy roster this season.

Proof of Boston Celtics Dominance During the NBA 2023-24 Season

With the Celtics’ recent victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Eastern Conference powerhouse has now become the first team to notch 60 wins in the NBA this season. Along with the feat, there are two stats shared on X by Sean Grande and Max Lederman that prove Beantown’s dominance this year.

“The Celtics have set a new NBA record with their 16th 25-point win of the season,” Lederman tweeted.

This season, the Celtics are first in the league when it comes to offense and third among 30 teams on defense. Their performance on both ends of the court has led them to dominate the regular season and finish on the top of the league.

With the playoffs about to start, a lot of eyes will be on the Celtics to see if they can finish their story later this year. If they do, it would be a perfect finish to their 2023-24 season.
