The couple sparked engagement rumors as the “Without Me” singer — who uses she/they pronouns — flashed a massive ring on their left hand while the two enjoyed a romantic picnic Saturday afternoon in New York City.
The gold-banded bling was visible as Halsey sat on the “Victorious” alum’s lap. The sparkler appeared to have a green gem in the center surrounded by smaller diamonds.
The “Bad at Love” hitmaker, 29, appeared to be head over heels for the Canadian actor, 32, as they lounged on the grass and held each other tight.
The pair packed on the PDA for several hours while sharing bread, cheese and a bottle of wine.
Halsey sported red hair and a purple mini dress paired with cowboy boots, while their beau rocked a white button-up shirt, slacks and sneakers.
The duo first sparked romance rumors in September 2023 when they were spotted kissing in Los Angeles.
The next month, Halsey took their romance Instagram-official when she posted photos from their appearance at LA Fashion Week.
Months before going public with Jogia, the Grammy nominee split from Alev Aydin after more than four years together.
The former couple shares 3-year-old son Ender Ridley.
“The split with them is totally amicable and they are co-parenting, they are going to raise their son together,” a source told Page Six at the time.
Halsey had previously been romantically involved with Matty Healy, Lido, Machine Gun Kelly and G-Eazy.
