Gina Kirschenheiter accused Jennifer Pedranti of ‘squatting’ during a heated argument on Thursday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Orange County.

The season 18 episode titled ‘Red Flags and Flag Football’ featured a flag football game on the beach organized by Emily Simpson, 48.

The women after the friendly game went to nearby outdoor restaurant Sahara where tensions quickly climbed.

Gina was miffed that Jenn fell behind on rent payments after personally helping her secure a rental home and complained about the harm done to her reputation as a new real estate agent.

‘This woman won’t even return my calls,’ Gina, 40, said referencing an agent who rented the home to Jenn based on her vouching.

‘They return mine,’ Jenn, 47, shot back.

‘Yeah, she’s gonna return your calls because she represents the woman in the house that you’re squatting in,’ Gina harshly said.

Tamra Judge, 56, nearly dropped her slice of pizza at the remark and Heather Dubrow, 55, gave a disapproving look.

‘I’m squatting?,’ Jenn said.

‘You were! Until you got asked to leave,’ Gina yelled.

Emily, a lawyer, nodded in agreement that Jenn was a squatter.

‘Okay, guys,’ Tamra said in an effort to cool it down.

‘We don’t have to use that word,’ Heather said.

‘I’m not a squatter. I was freaking the f*** out,’ Jenn said.

Jenn explained that her divorce was not yet final and she had no temporary support.

Gina said she freaked out also and told Jenn that she wished she would have called her.

Jenn revealed that she got rid of her car and a clip from two days earlier showed her boyfriend Ryan Boyajian offering to give her his car while he would get a new one and absorber her $24,000 debt.

Gina urged Jenn to make changes in her life so that she would be in the driver’s seat when it came down to financial decisions.

‘Because what happens when Ryan gets mad that he absorbed that $24,000 debt?,’ Emily asked.

‘If something were to happen with Ryan, I literally am homeless, and I do not have a car,’ Jenn admitted.

‘Right, but let’s fix that now,’ Heather said.

‘I never thought you’re a bad person. I understand you’re in a point in your life where you have to be selfish, because I’ve been there, too. I’ve literally said that, you know? So I get it. I just got a little burnt by it. I’m still in the scary zone, too,’ Gina told Jenn.

Gina then shared that her boyfriend Travis was moving out and revealed how it was a financial decision based on what’s best for her family.

Shannon Beador, 60, was angry that Alexis Bellino, 47, had been working out at her gym with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen.

‘John, I introduced to my trainer, and he’s bringing Alexis to my gym now,’ Shannon told Heather.

‘There are so many f***ing places to workout in Orange County. Look around. Everybody has a f***ing six-pack. Find a new gym, bro,’ Gina said in a confessional.

The episode also had a cross-over element as Sutton Stracke, 52, from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills made an appearance.

Show newcomer Katie Ginella and Gina arrived first for lunch and were soon joined by Sutton.

‘I’m not surprised she’s late,’ Gina said and Katie agreed.

Sutton arrived with her dog June Bug Carter Cash and hugged her friends Gina and Katie.

‘Katie and I met through Sutton,’ Gina said in a confessional. ‘Katie was moving to Orange County, and [Sutton] knew that I was a real estate agent.’

‘And so she connected the two of us. I know Sutton because Sutton’s ex-husband is the president of the mutual fund company where Matt formerly worked. Yes, except Sutton did way better in her divorce than I did,’ Gina added referencing her ex-husband. ‘It sucks, but it’s true.’

Sutton later asked Katie if she had met Heather yet and for her opinion.

‘Um, uh, I think that there’s been a couple of things that have happened,’ Katie said.

Katie said the first occurred at Sutton’s 2022 Christmas party.

‘She knew who I was. Her and Gina had had a conversation. And Heather was in front of me, and she turned around and went like this,’ Katie said while striking a dramatic pose.

‘She stared me straight in the face for a good five seconds and then turned around and said nothing to me,’ she added.

Katie explained how the second incident was on social media.

‘So then I followed her on social media because she’s Gina’s friend. She posted a picture for her birthday, and I liked it. I was like, oh, she looks pretty. I woke up the next day, and she tagged me in her photo,’ Katie said.

It was a confusing move since Katie was not in the photo.

Sutton advised Katie not to go up against Heather. 

‘I would hide under the table,’ Sutton admitted.

Katie said she was willing to give it another shot with Heather.

‘I do want to get to know her and give her the benefit of the doubt. But she’s playing two different roles with me, and I don’t know which one is the real one,’ Katie said in a confessional.
