An ex of one of the Vanderpump Rules cast threw her name into the mix to star as the next Bachelorette on ABC. Keep reading to find out who wants to join the popular dating show.
Former Bachelor Contestant On The Valley
Reality TV crossovers are not uncommon. Competition shows like The Traitors and Dancing With The Stars are a popular second act for many reality stars, including those from Bachelor Nation and the various Bravo shows. Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix was a contestant on the last season of DWTS and later went on to host Love Island USA.
One star of Bravo’s The Valley was a contestant on Season 21 of The Bachelor. Jasmine Goode moved to L.A. after appearing on the show and got a job at the SUR restaurant that features on Vanderpump Rules.
She will return for Season 2 of The Valley.
Ex Of Vanderpump Rules Star Wants To Be The Next Bachelorette
Most reality TV crossovers happen organically. But one ex of a Vanderpump Rules cast member petitioned hard on social media to get cast as the next Bachelorette. Season 21 is currently airing with Jenn Tran as the lead. Season 22 likely won’t air until 2025, but that hasn’t stopped fan speculation about the next lead.
The Bachelorette is usually someone likeable that viewers root for. Amid calls from Bachelor Nations to cast a villain, this person might be the perfect choice. Who is it?
Tom Schwartz’s ex, Jo Wenberg, wants to be the next Bachelorette. According to Us Weekly, she tagged the ABC show in a video on Instagram of her holding a sign that said, “Sign me up to find a man!”
Schwartz began seeing Wenberg after his marriage to Katie Maloney ended. However, he refused to put a label on their relationship. His behavior later sparked backlash as fans accused him of using her and stringing her along.
The only Vanderpump Rules star fans would probably want to see even less on The Bachelorette is Rachel Leviss, who caught major flack for engaging in a nearly year-long affair with co-star Tom Sandoval.
Another Bachelor Nation and Vanderpump Rules crossover is allegedly in the works. Rumor has it that Bachelor In Paradise alum Tanner Courtad is dating VPR alum Brittany Cartwright, who separated from husband Jax Taylor earlier this year.
What do you think about Jo Wenberg’s suggestion that ABC cast her as the next Bachelorette? Would you watch it? Sound off in the comments.
