Christina Hall responded to her estranged husband’s petition for divorce — and shot back with some fiery claims.
The “Flip or Flop” alum claimed in new court documents that Josh Hall transferred $35,000 of her “separate property rental income” into his personal account.
“I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties,” she wrote in the filing, obtained by “Entertainment Tonight” Wednesday.
Josh denied any wrongdoing to the outlet.
The “Christina on the Coast” star, 41, owns various rental properties throughout Tennessee and claimed Josh reached out to her property manager via text message on July 8 — which he listed as their date of separation in his filing — to request the funds’s diversion.
“Hi. For June payments, can we please get it sent to a different account when it’s time? Thank you,” the real estate agent purportedly wrote in his text, which Christina screenshotted and attached in her response.
Christina further claimed her third husband‘s use of “Can we please” is inaccurate because she “had no personal contact with Josh on July 8, 2024,” and “I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced.”
In documents obtained by Page Six Thursday morning, Christina marked their date of separation as July 7 — one day before what Josh put down. She is requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support and asked for Josh to pay her attorneys’s fees.
The “Christina in the Country” star and Josh secretly wed in October 2021 and celebrated with a second ceremony in Hawaii with her three children present the following September. She shares daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and son Hudson, 4, with her second spouse, Ant Anstead.
El Moussa, 42, and his wife, Heather Rae Young, voiced their support for Christina ahead of the premiere of their joint HGTV show, “The Flip Off,” from which Josh has been removed in light of the split.
“Life’s tough, s–t happens,” Tarek, who was married to Christina from 2009 to 2018, recently told “E! News.”
“We got one shot at life and we gotta do what’s best for us, so whatever she needs, we’re here to help.”
