The Vanderpump Rules homeowner is showing off his innovations in the yard of the new house he shares with Scheana Shay.

Vanderpump Rules’ Brock Davies is still working on improving the front yard in his and Scheana Shay’s new house in the Valley.

The married couple first moved into their new home with their daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies, earlier this year. Thanks to the help of Brock, who sometimes goes by “Brock the Builder,” the front and side lawns of their home have been vastly improved since moving in.

But Brock is not done with his projects. Although he just finished the outdoor fence in the front of the home, he now has a new solution for one very pesky neighbor at his house.

In a recent Instagram Reel, Brock revealed that the neighborhood dogs won’t stop marking their territory on their fence, which he has continued to clean up on his own. However, he came up with a new idea to stop them from doing this again — by putting up a sign, for the owners, and a fake fire hydrant (placed away from the fence) for the dogs to take care of their business.

“I got this nice grass here, so maybe the art of distraction would work,” he explained in the video.

Unfortunately, the new fake fire hydrant snapped in half when Brock went to install it. So, he returned it and ordered another one to be delivered the next day. Although he is unsure if this new distraction will work, he told his Instagram followers that he will keep them updated on the dog saga.

“Hopefully this beautiful thing will be a distraction,” he said. “So piss here and not on my wall.”

Several Bravolebrities took to the comments to encourage Brock on his journey. “If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em,” Summer House’s Kyle Cooke commented.

“So smart,” The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi added, along with several crying while laughing emojis.

Brock Davies’ Fence Transformation in His Front Yard

Brock took to Instagram mid July, where he showed off the product of his hard work on his front yard’s fence separating their home from the sidewalk area. He was able to install a sliding gate, a retaining wall, and give their home a little more curb appeal. This also included a bit of geometry to get things to fit.

“The biggest issue we had when designing this fence, was trying to find the space to have a gate open up,” Brock wrote in the caption of the post. “So we came up with a creative way for the gate to turn 90 degrees.”

Scheana and Summer also lent a hand in the renovation of the front gate before Brock pivoted into his next project — building a home gym out of his garage.
