The 35-year-old reality star shared a couple of behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram in which she’s glammed up in a black corset-style dress and half-up, half-down hairstyle. In one image, Cartwright is seated on a couch with a green screen behind her and in the other, she’s stationed at a makeup mirror.
The post has garnered a strong reaction from fans, some of whom took it upon themselves to share their opinions about Cartwright’s appearance; namely, about the size of her chest.
“Babe those boobs are too big. They make you heavier than you even are,” one comment reads.
Cartwright shot back at the user, replying, “Could you imagine me going on your page and commenting on your body? Yes my boobs are big, cool.”

The reality star has previously spoken candidly about plastic surgery. On Vanderpump Rules, she shared that her now estranged husband, Jax Taylor, paid for her breast augmentation.
In 2018, Cartwright revealed that she had kybella injections, which target fat cells under the jawline, after a fan commented on one of her photos.
“Hey beautiful can you please share what you had done to your double chin, I saw a pic of you wearing a band over your head, because I’m [going to get] cool sculpting,” the user wrote.
Another commenter responded, “I believe it was kybella injection,” to which Cartwright wrote back, “yea it was!”
She later had further work done on her jawline and opened up about the procedure on a March 2024 episode of When Reality Hits, her podcast with Taylor. The pair discussed the teaser for the new Bravo reality series, The Valley, in which Cartwright shares that she had liposuction due to feeling “self-conscious” about her “double chin.”
“Like, three weeks before we started filming, I had work done on my double chin,” she shared on the podcast. “He did a little bit of lipo under my double chin. And then he did this thing called Morpheus8. I’ll just go ahead and say it: double chins — we call it the turkey gobbler — runs in my family.”
In 2017, Beverly Hills cosmetic and plastic surgeons Dr. John Layke and Dr. Payman Danielpour shared the details behind Cartwright’s breast augmentation.
“She just wanted to basically fill out her breasts,” Danielpour told PEOPLE. “We gave her as big as we could without being obnoxious or causing problems or being too big for her body. She just wanted it to be that when she put her bathing suit on, she had more cleavage and it looked like she had fuller breasts.”
“She’s ecstatic,” he added. “They look very natural and yet they look full.”
