Bethenny Frankel‘s revealed she suffered a wardrobe mishap at the premiere of It Ends With Us in New York City.
Although the Real Housewives of New York alum, 53, looked gorgeous in a ruched pink Dolce & Gabbana dress with lace-up sides at the event, she revealed shortly after walking the red carpet that one of her straps broke.
‘Well only @blakelively could get me out of pajamas eating chicken salad and only I can manage to turn a glamorous evening into a trainwreck before the event even starts,’ the Skinny Girl mogul’s wrote on Instagram.
Still, she managed to salvage the night with the help of a towel and her sense of humor, some margaritas and laughter.
‘I suppose ‘it ends with us’ but it begins with me making a jackass out of myself…,’ she wrote.
She continued: ‘PS. Blake looked beautiful and I did pass Anna Wintour by the popcorn stand & audibly gasp… she told me my Met Gala invite is in the mail & we made a date to shop together at TJ Maxx.’
She went on to describe the evening as ‘perfectly unhinged.’
After her strap broke, the TV personality said it started to rain, so she used a towel to cover her dress to avoid the semi-sheer fabric turning see-through.
‘My strap of my dress came off,’ she explained. ‘I was in the rain. My shoes that are gorgeous are soaked.’
Frankel continued: ‘The wheels are off. I can’t go out. This is why nobody takes me anywhere. It’s a frickin’ disaster.’
Before she stepped out for the star-studded premiere of the Blake Lively movie, she shared a video on TikTok about the look she was putting together for the night.
‘This dress is Dolce & Gabbana,’ she said as she turned in a circle to show all angles of the dress.
‘I’ve had it for easily five years and I’ve been waiting for its moment. And I just thought it was giving Blake Lively.’
Luann de Lesseups recently gave an update on the status of her feud with Bethenny.
She shared that she doesn’t know why the star still has her blocked on social media.
‘Things are good between us, we made our peace, and then I said, “Wait a second — not so fast with the peace,” because of her blocking me on social media.
‘If we made peace then why are you blocking me on social media?’
