Expected Chicago Bears draftee Caleb Williams is catching ire in the NFL world weeks before he can be selected as the No. 1 pick. All-Pro and free agent wide receiver Cole Beasley has an issue with men painting their fingernails. He recently made comments on his X account that appeared to take a shot at Williams.

A story about Williams’ appearance during a USC women’s basketball game went viral last week. Williams was spotted with a pink phone case, and some fans suggested he could be wearing pink lipstick or lipgloss and pink fingernail polish. The 2022 Heisman winner is known for painting his nails before football games.

The idea of men painting their nails doesn’t sit well with Beasley, who just wants to raise his three children in peace. In January, Beasley asked what the deal was with Williams painting his nails before games. Beasley responded in agreement to a since-deleted X post by Darius Slay taking a knock at men painting their fingernails.

Cole Beasley is complaining for the kids

Beasley received some pushback from football fans who don’t understand why the 34-year-old white-and-washed NFL player would care what Williams does with his hands on gamedays. Beasley defended his stance a few times and claimed he was just doing it for the kids!

“Yo it’d be different if we weren’t living in a world that is trying to make it ok for a boy to just be a girl all the sudden. Or a cat or a dog. In a world where they are trying to normalize pedophilia.

Handing out awards for courage for pretending to be something you’re not. I’m trying to raise kids in a world that is getting more confusing every day. Do what you want but stop promoting the shit like it’s admirable.”
