Ariana Madix’s boyfriend, Daniel Wai, is setting the record straight after fans accused the reality star of getting plastic surgery to get her body in tip-top shape for “Love Island USA.”
“For Love Island, Ariana worked her a$$ off she was in [the] gym 2 to 3 hours a day and [her] diet [was] on point,” the 41-year-old fitness trainer wrote on his Instagram Story Friday.
“Sorry haters, no surgery or procedure. As for giving out the workouts, I’d love to but this is my business and I work doing this.”
Along with his message, Wai added a link so potential clients could get in touch with him.
Madix, 39, served as the host of “Love Island USA” for its sixth season, which wrapped July 21.
She recently came clean about what procedures she had done when TikTok user Molly Bailey, who is a cosmetics injector, claimed the Bravo star used fillers and liposuction to achieve a snatched face.
The medical expert also accused Madix of getting a blepharoplasty, which is a procedure that removes skin from the eyelids to create a more youthful appearance.
“[I’ve had Botox] in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck,” the “Vanderump Rules” star said in response.
“[I also had] Ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor. Minimal lip filler [because] my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin.”
She then clarified, “Absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no blepharoplasty yet ❤️❤️ hope this helps! I’ll keep y’all posted if I do anything else.”
Wai’s defense of Madix comes after they celebrated her return to Broadway’s “Chicago: The Musical.”
She is reprising her role of Roxie Hart through September 1.
Wai and Madix were first linked at Coachella in April 2023, shortly after the infamous Scandoval drama.
Since then, they have participated in a “Vanderpump Rules” cast trip to San Francisco and soaked up the sun in Fiji during the taping of “Love Island” earlier this summer.
Madix gushed of her fit beau during an August 2023 episode of the “Scheananigans With Scheana Shay” podcast, “He’s a very grounding, calming, positive energy.”
