Ariana Madix can do it with a broken heart.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star took a dig at her ex Tom Sandoval while congratulating her fellow cast members for earning an Emmy nomination for outstanding unstructured reality program on Wednesday.
To celebrate, she shared a promo shot of the cast on her Instagram Story — but placed an animated sticker over Sandoval so he could not be seen. The sticker was a purple and gold achievement ribbon with the text “well done” written on it.
“congratulations to everyone at @evolutionmedia @bravotv and to everyone who makes this show great!” she wrote on the snap.
Madix, 39, also chose to play a pointed song over her slide: Taylor Swift’s “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
Of course, Swift sings about hitting all her performance marks to put on a good show for fans despite her heart being completely shattered, which the Bravolebrity can relate to.
As fans know, Bravo cameras were back in action as soon as Scandoval broke in March 2023 when Madix and Sandoval’s nine-year relationship crumbled following his affair with their co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
They filmed the “VPR” reunion just weeks after Madix learned of her ex’s infidelity.
Madix’s latest swipe at Sandoval came a day after he sued her for obtaining explicit videos of Leviss from his phone without “authorization or permission” and accused her of making copies that were distributed to third parties.
The “Love Island USA” host discovered his affair after she went on his phone while he was performing with his band.
“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” she revealed during the Bravo series’ Season 10 finale. She allegedly screen-recorded the evidence and sent it to Leviss.
Leviss, 29, went on to sue both Madix and Sandoval for revenge porn, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and more in February.
After Sandoval filed his complaint against Madix, her lawyer, Jordan Susman, blasted him in a statement to Page Six, calling the 42-year-old “abhorrent” for “continu[ing] to torment” her.
“For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself,” Susman added.
“He has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image.”
“Vanderpump Rules” stars Katie Maloney and Scheana Shay also chastised him on social media for the lawsuit.
He has since deactivated his Instagram following backlash from his co-stars and fans of the show.
