Ariana Madix has come clean on all the cosmetic procedures she has undergone – while also revealing the one surgery she is considering for the future.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 39 – who recently concluded hosting the sixth season of Love Island USA – got candid about her face transformation on Instagram.
The TV personality jumped to the comment section of a video which was uploaded by the Instagram user @baileysbotox late last month.
The page showed ‘Then’ and ‘Now’ photos of Madix, while also speculating procedures she has undergone over the years, such as fillers and liposuction.
However, Ariana set the record straight by penning under the reel, ‘i’ll tell you what i’ve had! you’re partially correct.’

‘tox in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck,’ she added, referencing to botox. ‘Ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor.’
Ellevate is known as a rejuvenation procedure that is minimally invasive and focuses on the neck and jawline.
The beauty continued, ‘minimal lip filler bc my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin.’
‘Absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no bleph yet ❤️❤️,’ Ariana added, referencing to another surgery called blepharoplasty – also known as an eyelid lift procedure.
‘Hope this helps! i’ll keep yall posted if i do anything else,’ the media personality concluded in her comment.
In the caption of the video, the Instagram user had typed, ‘Stunning injectables have entered the villa. Ariana continues to show the Love Island world how cosmetic work can preserve and enhance and not age and distort.’
‘What does proper volume replacement with filler look like? This. Nearly invisible, like she simply hasnt aged since her first season of VPR.’
‘The apples of her cheeks remain full instead of flattening over time. Her undereyes appear rejuvenated and rested without puffiness or crowding,’ the caption further read.

The page claimed that the star also had lip filler done that was ‘noticeable’ but ‘balanced with her other facial features.’
‘She has been open about her jawline contouring with minimally invasive liposuction. Again, it’s nearly invisible but enhances her natural softer jawline,’ the Instagram user typed, and added Madix has ‘never looked better.’
Madix – who has been sued by her ex Tom Sandoval for accessing explicit photos of Rachel Leviss on his phone – has also opened up about cosmetic procedures in the past.
Back in 2021, she responded to a fan comment on her Instagram stories which read: ‘You haven’t had any Botox or other fillers.’
‘false! I DON’T have any botox or fillers. It’s been years since i’ve done anything at all,’ she replied at the time.
‘Many people are unaware that [fillers] all last around 3 months. Meaning someone can try it and then say meh not for me and move on with no lasting effects. Your body metabolizes it.’
Ariana also added, ‘i tried botox on camera [on Vanderpump Rules season 5] and it never aired. [I] felt claustrophobic in my own face and it just wasn’t for me.’

The star continued, ‘I have never done fillers anywhere else bc i don’t want to plump my face up any more. i already deal with a lot of puffiness in my cheeks, jowls, and eyes.’
Ariana has been keeping busy and notably took on hosting duties during the sixth season of Love Island USA – with the finale airing over the weekend on July 21.
During an interview with People earlier this month, the beauty gushed that, ‘hosting this season has been absolutely amazing.’
‘Even from the very first night, it felt magical, and it felt like the energy was just on fire.’
She also discussed watching the cast’s conversations with each other, stating, ‘It’s like you can’t show everything, of course. But in the moment, I really enjoyed those chats and I enjoyed getting to know them in those moments.’

‘Especially the first night, you could see who was making eye contact across the way from each other and stuff like that.’

Following her appearance on Love Island USA, Madix will soon whisk herself away to the Big Apple to play the role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical, Chicago, beginning on August 1.
