After lots of speculation, on May 14, Bravo confirmed the official cast list for Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Who is The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 cast?
Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora will be joined by new cast members including longtime friend of the show Shamea Morton Mwangi as well as Brittany Eady, Kelli Ferrell, and Angela Oakley. Cynthia Bailey, who appeared on Seasons 3 through 13 of the show, will be back as a friend of the ladies.
Prior to the official announcement, Porsha confirmed that she was coming back to the show after taking two seasons off. “I’m incredibly thankful for the vision and faith NBCUniversal has put in me to be a larger part of their family,” she said in a statement on February 13. “I’m looking forward to being back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and showing the world my new world!”
Kenya, who has been part of the cast since Season 5, also announced her return ahead of time on Instagram on April 11. In her post, she noted that she was the “longest-standing peach” on the show.
Drew’s return comes after she joined the show during Season 13.
Shamea, meanwhile, will be grabbing a peach for the first time on Season 16 after long being close friends with Porsha.
