Ryan Serhant is officially working for Andy Cohen.
The news was confirmed on July 18 during Ryan’s guest appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. At one point during the episode, the host revealed he was saying goodbye to his Manhattan apartment and had hired Ryan as his listing agent.
“Guess who’s selling my New York City apartment — my dream apartment,” Andy asked his second guest, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Jennifer Pedranti. “Ryan Serhant is selling my apartment… Ryan’s going to be listing it this fall, I think?”
Andy Cohen questions Ryan Serhant on his commission rate
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent said he was glad Andy had mentioned the topic and proceeded to pull out a stack of documents, including the listing agreement and a brochure. The WWHL host was seemingly caught off guard by the move and jokingly expressed suspicion.
“Are you, like, jacking up your commission for me?” Andy asked.
“Don’t read it,” Ryan quipped.

Andy then segued into the “Work the Polls” segment, which focused on the apartment sale.
The first question was: “Will Ryan get the asking price he promised Andy?” More than 80% of the audience voted “yes.”
“You still feel good about this price?” Andy asked, to which Ryan confidently replied, “Yes!”
While neither of the men confirmed the proposed list price, Ryan began to mention a “10” figure as he handed the papers to Andy.

“And an even more important question — because I like you so much, we’ve known each other for 18 years, 15 years — our final poll is, ‘Will Ryan and I be friends after the sale? Yes or no?’”
Ninety-five percent of the audience voted “yes.”
“Landslide!” Ryan shouted before giving Andy a high-five.
Andy Cohen & Ryan Serhant teased their real estate deal back in February
The business deal wasn’t exactly surprising, as Andy had mentioned working with Ryan during the February 6 episode of WWHL. While Ryan shared several career updates and tidbits, Andy asked the real estate mogul to name his “last major celebrity client.” Ryan was a bit hesitant to name-drop and turned the question back on Andy.
“Maybe you?!” he asked.
“We’re going to, yes we are,” Andy said. “You’re gonna sell my place… at the price you said we could get for it.”
Will Ryan ultimately deliver? Stay tuned.
