The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter is showing off her backyard area, perfect for hosting family and friends.
Alexia Umansky’s new home with her boyfriend Jake Zingerman is so cozy, inside and out.
Since The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter moved out of mom Kyle Richards’ Encino home earlier this year, she has been working hard to make her new space her own. And she’s done an amazing job — from her neutral, homey living room, to her simple, chic kitchen, to her outdoor space, perfect for entertaining.
See Alexia Umansky’s Backyard in Her New House
Alexia took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, August 7, where she revealed that she was hosting a “family dinner” at her house. After guests dined on salad, sipped wine, and drank sparkling water, they got to hang out in Alexia and Jake’s outdoor space.
Alexia captured a video of this area in her home, set to Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather.” This space includes a neutral-colored outdoor sectional with different, funky pillows all placed on a graphic, outdoor area rug. The super comfortable, modular couch surrounds a wooden coffee table, adorned with a small tabletop fire pit, house plants, and a disco ball.
The small fenced-in area is adorned with string lights hanging over the couch on top and it seems like the perfect place to hang out with loved ones, enjoy a post-work glass of wine, or read a book during the day.
Alexia Umansky Says She’s “Soo Happy” in Her New Home
Although Alexia is very close to her mom and family members, she could not be happier to be out on her own with her boyfriend. During an Instagram Question and Answer session in July, Alexia admitted that it had been hard for her to move out, but she sees her family often.
“I am soo happy in my new home,” she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “And I go back to home-base on an almost weekly basis.”
Alexia Umansky still uses Kyle Richards’ backyard for entertaining
Although Alexia’s backyard is perfect for entertaining, nothing compares to Kyle’s backyard at her home, which has a pool, so much green space for the family dogs, and a garden. Alexia did, however, use Kyle’s backyard for her birthday party this year, which included a “color wars” day portion where guests split up into teams and played games throughout the yard.
At night, the backyard transformed into a movie theater, where guests got to cozy up on couches and eat popcorn and candy while watching the flick. Although Alexia does entertain in her new home, she can’t be too far away from Kyle’s home for too long.
