Alexia Umansky is used to be around luxury real estate, thanks to her role as a real estate agent at her dad, Maurico Umansky’s agency, The Agency.
But when it comes to her own home, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter has taken a laid-back, cozier approach. It’s been almost seven months since Kyle Richards’ second eldest daughter moved out of her family home in Encino and into her own apartment with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman. And she is already making the abode very comfortable.
Inside Alexia Umansky’s Living Room in Her House
Alexia took to her Instagram Story recently where she posted a bird’s eye view of her living room. Alexia’s living room is filled with natural, earthy tones and textures, including an olive green couch with rust and brown colored accent pillows, and a brown velvet ottoman on top of a beige textured rug.
The glass coffee table is accented with marble coasters and coffee table books, for some light reading. And their pets are making themselves just as comfortable too. There are so many dog toys and scratching posts for Alexia’s adorable dog and cat, who look so cozy in the space.
Longtime RHOBH viewers will recognize that the dog in the living room is Kyle’s beloved golden retriever, Bambi, who splits time between Kyle’s home in Encino and Alexia’s apartment with Jake. “She lives at both homes now,” Alexia explained in a March Instagram Story. “She’s an old lady so she loves the quiet life at mine and Jake’s, but she goes back to her brothers and sisters every week and has sleepovers.”
Alexia Umansky’s Kitchen and Dining Area
Earlier this month, Alexia also gave viewers a look at her dining area, showing her unique dining chairs, which are shaped like faces, and abstract art above the table. Alexia previously gave her Instagram followers a look at her kitchen which is equipped with simple white cabinets and a massive kitchen island.
