Rachel made a big announcement during The Real Housewives of New Jersey special “Off the Rails” episode.
Rachel Fuda is pregnant!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member announced the exciting news during the RHONJ “Off the Rails” special episode that aired on August 11.
Rachel shocked Jennifer Fessler, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabral, and Melissa Gorga with her announcement at the end of the episode. As the group toasted “to life,” Melissa stated, “There’s a lot of life to be had.” With a grin, Rachel added, “…Considering I’m pregnant!”
While everyone was thrilled for Rachel and immediately hugged her, Danielle was especially excited. “I had a dream!” she exclaimed a couple of times.
Details on Rachel Fuda and John Fuda’s kids
Rachel and her husband John Fuda share three children: teenage son Jaiden (who Rachel began the process of legally adopting in Season 13) and young daughters Gianella Jolie (born in July 2020) and Giuliana Rose (born in March 2022).
As viewers have seen on RHONJ, the kids are as personable as they are adorable — Rachel told BravoTV.com in July 2024 that Giuliana is especially “obsessed” with her big brother.
“That is the apple of her eye. [Giuliana and Gianella] call him ‘bubby’ because they couldn’t say ‘Jaiden’ or ‘Jai,’ so they call him ‘bubby,’ ‘bubba.’ That’s like their pet name for him,” she explained.
Big sis Gianella has also been acting as “a little mommy” to Giuliana.
“[She’ll say], ‘Giuliana, no, you can’t do that. No, you’re gonna get hurt,'” Rachel noted. “Like, just there parenting her.”
Now, it’s going to be Giuliana’s turn to be a big sister!
Rachel Fuda opens up about daughter’s health progress
In the same interview, Rachel shared an update on the 2-year-old’s progress related to her tongue tie.
“Giuliana is doing so well. She’s putting her little sentences together, and she’ll ask for things instead of signing or pointing,” she shared. “She has made such tremendous progress.”

Rachel also shared details on raising Jaiden during the same interview. “Everything about raising a teenage boy is challenging,” she said. “You want to give them enough rope, right? And build that trust and give them that freedom, but they’re also still kids…You want to treat them like young adults and give them that freedom and responsibility, but it’s really hard. Because what is too much and what’s not enough?”
“We are going to start looking at colleges,” she added. “So that’s really exciting.”
