The Lollapalooza music festival is the brainchild of Jane’s Addiction singer Perry Farrell. His 1991 creation toured across the U.S. with a diverse group of bands. The festival has had many reinventions in its 30+ years. It transitioned to an annual event held in Chicago in 2005. Golden Bachelor star Leslie Fhima was among the music fans who descended on Grant Park in the Windy City over the weekend to attend Lollapalooza 2024. Golden Bachelor Filming Began One Year Ago

Bachelor Nation fans are anxiously awaiting Joan Vassos’ season of The Golden Bachelorette to start this September. But a year ago, anticipation was high for Gerry Turner’s season of The Golden Bachelor.

The show didn’t premiere until September 2023, but the contestants left to film the show in early August. Leslie Fhima recently looked back at how the experience changed her life, even if she didn’t ‘win’ Gerry Turner.

Leslie Fhima Shares Unexpected Encounter At Lollapalooza

Leslie Fhima was completely heartbroken when Gerry Turner unexpectedly dumped her in favor of Theresa Nist. She claimed at the time that he had made it seem like an engagement was a sure thing. Despite her hurt, Leslie still attended Gerry and Theresa’s wedding just months after the breakup.

But she got the last laugh because the Golden Bachelor couple divorced after just three months of marriage. She also bonded with Theresa Nist over the experience.

Since her time on reality TV, Leslie Fhima has been living her best life. She’s enjoyed the perks of fame, including basketball tickets and other adventures. Her love of dance and music has been well-documented. So, it’s no surprise that she was among the thousands of fans attending the Lollapalooza fest over the weekend in Chicago.

It was, however, a surprise to her to find out that a musician she’s a huge fan of is also a fan of hers. Leslie Fhima took to Instagram to fangirl over getting the chance to meet Blu DeTiger. She wrote in a lengthy caption that the best part of the weekend was meeting the rocker.

“I have loved her from the start and I’m one of her biggest fans! But then I find out her and her amazing brother @rexdetiger are my fans too! I got to watch from backstage and finally give them a hug..”

Leslie shared a video that included her photo op with Blu DeTiger and footage from her prime backstage location.
