John Janssen Offered Alexis Bellino ‘Full Salary’ To Turn down RHOC Return

Alexis Bellino is shaking things up on Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18. On her arm (yet out of sight thus far) is John Janssen, her new man. Yes, John is the ex of Shannon Beador, making things awkward for all parties involved. Due to this, according to Alexis, John offered to pay Alexis the same amount stated in her return to filming contract, allowing her to make her coin and escape the drama in one fell swoop.

I’ll tell you what. If I received a cash offer to stay home, I would take it and walk.

Alexis could have gotten paid for zero efforts given

Unlike me, Alexis chose to film. I get her decision. If she wants to marry John, getting the audience to fall for him is a nice bonus, especially if Bravo decides to keep her on their payroll.

On this, Alexis just clocked in, like the professional reality television star that she is. Via Carlos King’s Reality With The King podcast, Alexis spilled her tea. According to Alexis, “John offered to pay” her “the full salary that Bravo” agreed to dole out. All Alexis had to do was leave her former series behind.

Not lost on me, and likely many of our readers, finances were often an issue between Shannon and John. Shannon used to tell her costars that she paid for everything. In addition, Shannon noted that John was not an equal financial contributor in their nearly three-and-a-half-year-long relationship.

Like me, Alexis also recalled these aired statements. Therefore, she clapped back at Shannon’s former TLC Scrubs-adjacent claims. “So if he is ‘Mister doesn’t have money,’ and she pays for everything, he is not going to do that,” Alexis stressed.

I cannot estimate what Alexis is earning as a friend-of this season. Yet, if John has this much liquid capital ready to go, her annoyance over Shannon’s earlier claims tracks.

Likewise, Shannon also noted that John “love-bombed her” throughout their relationship. “How does he love-bomb you if he’s broke and doesn’t give you anything? And you’re paying for everything,” Alexis added, further driving her point home.
