Gina Kirschenheiter accused Jennifer Pedranti of “squatting” during Thursday night’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Orange County.

After the cast ventured to a restaurant after playing a game of flag football hosted by Emily Simpson, 48, Gina, 40, confronted Jennifer, 47, over her late rent payments, saying that her “ding-dong” behavior had damaged her career as a realtor since she had vouched for her castmate in an effort to secure the rental.
“This woman won’t even return my calls,” Gina, 40, said about the agent who rented Jennifer the property, via the Daily Mail. “Yeah, she’s gonna return your calls because she represents the woman in the house that you’re squatting in.”
“I’m squatting?” Jennifer asked as Tamra Judge, 56, and Heather Dubrow, 55, were left in shock.
“You were! Until you got asked to leave,” Gina replied.
Then, as Emily, a lawyer, agreed with Gina’s statement, Tamra tried to calm them down as Heather told Gina she didn’t “have to use” the word “squatter.”
“I’m not a squatter. I was freaking the f*ck out,” Jennifer explained, noting that she hadn’t yet been granted support from ex-husband William Pedranti.
Jennifer then noted that she got rid of her car as a flashback moment featured her now-fiance, Ryan Boyajian, telling her he’d let her use his car and buy her a new one — and take care of the $24,000 she owed.
“[But] what happens when Ryan gets mad that he absorbed that $24,000 debt?” Emily wondered.
“If something were to happen with Ryan, I literally am homeless, and I do not have a car,” Jennifer admitted.
As her tone changed, Gina said she never felt that Jennifer was a “bad person” and claimed she understood that she was in a tricky place.
“I understand you’re in a point in your life where you have to be selfish because I’ve been there, too. I’ve literally said that, you know? So I get it. I just got a little burnt by it. I’m still in the scary zone, too,” Gina shared.
Gina then pointed out that her own finances had prompted her to begin living separately from her boyfriend, Travis Mullen.
At another moment, Sutton Stracke, 52, of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, made a cameo, having lunch with Gina and newbie Katie Ginella.
“I’m not surprised she’s late,” Gina admitted of Sutton’s late arrival.
“Katie and I met through Sutton,” Gina revealed in a cast confessional. “Katie was moving to Orange County, and [Sutton] knew that I was a real estate agent. And so she connected the two of us. I know Sutton because Sutton’s ex-husband is the president of the mutual fund company where [Matt Kirschenheiter] formerly worked. Yes, except Sutton did way better in her divorce than I did. It sucks, but it’s true.”
During lunch, Sutton asked Katie if she met Heather yet.
“Uh, I think that there’s been a couple of things that have happened,” Katie shared, giving a nod to an incident that happened at Sutton’s Christmas party years ago.
“She knew who I was. Her and Gina had had a conversation. And Heather was in front of me, and she turned around and went like this,” Katie said, striking a pose. “She stared me straight in the face for a good five seconds and then turned around and said nothing to me.”
“Then I followed her on social media because she’s Gina’s friend. She posted a picture for her birthday, and I liked it. I was like, oh, she looks pretty. I woke up the next day, and she tagged me in her photo,” Katie continued of the second incident, noting that she was not featured in the pic Heather shared.
But Sutton warned Katie against getting on Heather’s bad side.
“I would hide under the table,” Sutton stated as Katie agreed to give Heather another chance.
“I do want to get to know her and give her the benefit of the doubt. But she’s playing two different roles with me, and I don’t know which one is the real one,” Katie said in a cast confessional.
Elsewhere, Shannon, 60, revealed she was upset that her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, 62, and his new girlfriend, Alexis Bellino, 47, were still going to her gym after the reveal of their romance.
“John, I introduced to my trainer, and he’s bringing Alexis to my gym now,” she told Heather.
“There are so many f***ing places to work out in Orange County. Look around. Everybody has a f***ing six-pack. Find a new gym, bro,” Gina stated in a cast confessional.
While at lunch with Emily, Shannon said that she had spoken to the owner of the gym after Alexis publicly proclaimed that she and John were having sex “four times a day,” and the owner later confronted Alexis about the statement.
“[The owner] said, ‘We don’t want any drama here,’” Shannon recalled, per PEOPLE. “And then Alexis said, ‘I’m a good Christian girl,’ and he said something like, ‘Oh, a good Christian girl talks about her sex life?’ And then John is like, ‘F you, F you, we’re never coming back here,’ and he kept saying, ‘Shannon’s behind all of this.’ It’s like, no I’m not.”
According to Alexis, she knew that Shannon was behind the confrontation because she was the only mutual friend that she and the gym owner shared.
“All I know is we’ve been training with this guy for three or four months and then all of a sudden [Shannon] showed up,” Alexis told Tamra, who also suspected Shannon was behind the drama.
“There’s no way he’s going to know about a luncheon where I bring up sex,” Alexis added in a cast confessional. “The only culprit to it is Shannon.”
As Alexis expressed frustration with the drama Shannon had potentially caused, Jennifer attempted to defend Shannon, saying that their co-star felt Alexis was “everywhere,” even when “hanging out with her friends” and going to the gym.
“I’ve known Tamra longer than she has, so don’t say that’s her f*cing friends,” Alexis clapped back. “I’ve been friends with you for way longer, I’m very close to Heather. Does she get ownership now?”
But Emily pointed out that Alexis’ situation with John was “very Single White Female.”
Also on the RHOC episode, Shannon accused Alexis of trying to copy her life.
“Is Alexis trying to live the life that I had?” she wondered. “She’s dating my ex-boyfriend, she’s getting love bombed like I did, they’re going to the same restaurants, they’re riding on the boat, they go to the same gym, he took her to the same hotel for her birthday that he took me for mine.”
“Alexis, good luck trying to be me,” she added.
Meanwhile, Alexis seemed to warn Shannon of potential drama, saying, “The truth is coming out whether she wants to do it or not. John is not gonna hold his mouth forever. He’s over it.”
