FANS have theorized Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent announced her pregnancy to distract from a major scandal.

Lala, 33, took to Instagram to break the exciting baby news to her followers.

In the post, the Vanderpump Rules notable shared a black-and-white snapshot of herself and her two-year-old daughter, Ocean.

Ocean looked up in awe and smiled as she stared at her mother’s bare baby belly.

In the following snapshot, the Bravo star wore an oversized gray sweater as she played with her little one.

Lala seemed to be taking a spoonful of MaryRuth Organics vegan liquid at the kitchen table.

“I’m expanding my pod,” she captioned her post.

“Cheers to a new addition to my little family.”

In an online thread, critics insisted the star used the baby news to distract from ex-fiancé Randall Emmett’s lawsuit.

“The timing just seemed weird with everything going on,” one critic said.

“Maybe Lala timed her pregnancy to take attention away from the lawsuit,” another critic added.

“But it wouldn’t be the first time a cast member announced their pregnancy for a little good PR, especially with Randall’s lawsuit,” a third critic mentioned.

“There is some scandal to the pregnancy, especially since it’s Randall’s scandal,” a fourth person wrote.

“I’m sure [Lala] has her own interests and motivations for announcing whenever she wants to,” a commentator chimed.

RANDALL’S SCANDAL

In mid-February, The U.S. Sun reported that Randall lost a lawsuit filed by the production company, Potato Eater Productions.

After Randall and his co-defendants failed to pay up, the court ordered them to do so.

In January 2023, the court officially ordered the settlement agreement.

“It is ORDERED that the parties’ settlement be enforced against Defendants,” the court wrote.

“It is further ORDERED that judgment be entered against Defendants in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $300,000.”

Lala and Randall share their only daughter, Ocean.

In October 2021, the former couple called off their engagement after three years.

Meanwhile, the TV personality opened up about her second pregnancy in a revealing installment of Give Them Lala.

During the podcast, Lala discussed how she chose a sperm donor with the California Cryobank and underwent an Intrauterine Insemination procedure (IUI).

“When I went into the fertility specialist, my obstetrician [OB] was like, ‘I can perform the procedure, but I would much rather you have a fertility specialist do it because you are getting a donor,” she said.

“It’s not like unlimited c** like if you have a man.'”

“I have to say looks were probably the lowest on the totem pole for me,” the podcast host noted.

“I hate to say it, but I also didn’t need them to be extremely smart because I’m not.
