Did Margaret Josephs Hint at Teresa’s Firing From RHONJ With Cryptic Post About “Chop[ping]” Down a “Tree”? Plus Melissa Says She’s “Excited” for “Fresh Faces” Ahead of Next Season

Margaret Josephs Seemingly Hints at Teresa’s Firing From RHONJ With Cryptic Post About “Chop[ping]” Down a “Tree” With Melissa, Plus Melissa Says She’s “Excited” for “Change” Ahead of Next Season

Did Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs seemingly hint at Teresa Giudice’s firing after Margaret shared a bizarre post about “chop[ping]” down a “tree?” Plus, Melissa addressed potential “fresh faces” on the next season of Real Housewives of New Jersey and being “excited” for “change.”

Fans have theorized that a cast shakeup is on the horizon amid the current season’s divide. Jackie Goldschneider has suggested that Margaret turned the show into a “team” dynamic. Throughout the new season, Margaret and Melissa barely filmed at all with Teresa, the only original castmate left.

In a post shared by @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram, Margaret shared a strange photo with Melissa and their husbands holding up two electric saws – as if they were cheersing with them.

“We know how to chop a tree,” wrote Margaret in the caption, seemingly alluding to the exit of Teresa – whose nickname is Tre.

On her Two Ts In A Pod podcast, Margaret’s friend Tamra then commented on the post, suggesting the two co-stars got together to chop a tree that “didn’t look dead” to send a message.

“[I] feel like this was solely so Marge and Melissa could organize a scene so they could make that Instagram post,” said co-host Teddi.

“I’m not gonna disagree with that,” Tamra responded.

Meanwhile, Melissa shared her excitement to perhaps have “fresh faces” on the next season of the show.

“Listen, I’m excited for what’s to come. I think we are due for some type of change,” she said in an interview with Page Six. “I don’t know what kind of change, but I am excited to see what happens. I am excited to see what’s next and where this show goes from here.”

But Melissa claimed she hasn’t heard Bravo’s plan.

In the past, alum Siggy Flicker indicated that Margaret holds sway with producers.

“[Margaret] is protected in the editing room,” said the alum on the AllAboutTRH podcast. “[Producers] have dinner at her house.”

She also claimed the producers “play favorites” and “protect especially Margaret.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sunday nights on Bravo.
