Kathy Wakile reacted to Melissa Gorga‘s desire for her and Richard “Richie” Wakile to make up with her and Joe Gorga during a guest appearance on Sunday night’s Watch What Happens Live.

After Melissa, 45, appeared on Jeff Lewis‘ radio show, where she admitted to wanting to make amends since they were living on the same street, the 58-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey alum made it clear that she felt Melissa had ulterior motives as she offered an update on Rosie Pierri and her kids, revealed ties to Jennifer Aydin, 47, and looked back on a tense moment with Teresa Giudice, 52.
“Melissa Way. Apparently, she owns the road,” Kathy began of Melissa on the July 14 episode of WWHL. “We are [building there]. I’d had my eye on that house forever.”
While Melissa told Jeff, 54, on his show that he wanted to see Joe in a better place with his cousin, Kathy wasn’t so sure there wasn’t more to it.
“It’s very convenient,” she noted.
And Jen agreed, saying, “Isn’t it? I thought so too.”
Although Andy Cohen, 56, pointed out that it would be better for them to be “friendly” now that they’re neighbors, Kathy noted that their homes were spaced out.
“Not to be boastful but each property is at least an acre to two acres so you really don’t see each other,” she noted. Jen also shared, “I don’t see any of my neighbors.”
After revealing that Rosie is “great” and confirming she and Jen had known one another for 10 years, even before Jennifer knew Teresa, Kathy confirmed her daughter was a receptionist at Aydin Plastic Surgery.
“Jennifer and Bill and their whole family came to our first Christmas Eve in the new build when we lived there before,” Kathy revealed.
Kathy also appeared on the WWHL: After Show, where she spoke about her restaurant, her kids, and a past RHONJ moment that’s gone viral.
“It’s called Pizza Love and it’s in Wyckoff, New Jersey,” she said of her eatery. “It’s great.”
As for the kids, Kathy said Victoria Wakile and Joseph Wakile are “amazing.”
“Victoria’s married almost three years. She got married right before COVID, and Joseph is doing wonderful. He’s living here in the city, doing what he loves, and traveling a lot,” she revealed, adding that she and Richie are “empty nesters now.”
Kathy then reacted to Andy mentioning that a clip from her first reunion, which saw Teresa making fun of her eyes, has been making its rounds on TikTok.
“It’s just funny. It’s okay… You have to laugh,” she shared.
